brewing time/preparation
Heat fresh water to about 95°C. Take a teapot or cup and add a teaspoon of the ChaiVitality tea. Pour the hot water over the tea and let it steep for 3-5 minutes to release the flavours.
Stir occasionally to ensure even release of the flavours. Once the tea has reached the desired strength, you can strain it through a sieve to remove the tea leaves and solids.
